How do we get it escalated so it is fixed urgently?

That’s it. Our administrators raised a ticket a week ago but have heard nothing and we’ve been almost unable to work since the upgrade caused this issue and also all other reports to run very slowly. When will it be fixed and is it possible to not do future upgrades on 1st of the month (ie day 1 of the month end close)?
