Hi @Francesca Nicole Mendoza-Oracle I appreciate your advice. I created a Saved Search filtering for "Vendor Type (Custom Body Field) is NOT empty" and the results are as shown in this image. Additionally, I tried changing the field type to "Text Area" and "Long Text," but I was still unable to delete it.
