My system notes do not show Create address. Only changes to address. I tested by creating a new address today for this customer

I am not able to build a search that isolates the create address record. In criteria I have: System Notes : Field is Address System Notes : Type is create Results are null.

Thank you for the response however this does not help. I want to build a saved search that will show me the date when a new address record is created. I have only been able to build a search showing when the customer record itself was created. How can I find when a new address has been added to an existing customer?

As previously noted, when I update the end date shouldn't the status change to completed once the end date has passed?

Hello, Thank you for the response. First screen shot shows error message when trying to change a price in an update with "In Progess" status. Hi Niks, Thank you for the reply. I did also find the same information in the limitations document. If you are also able to answer - how can end date be changed? I have tried updating it and used a future date (ie. on May 24 set end date to May 25) but it still shows as in process instead of completed. Thank you.
