  • @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle My apologies, I am just a dummy. I had it filtered down. The dates do lineup. Unfortunately, that takes the mystery in a different direction. Is there an up-to-date listing of HSBC supported exchange rates that NetSuite can access using the integration?

  • Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle, I have checked the history, and everything shows as system updated (except for one rate that I anticipated a manual update) so it appears that this is not a case of mistaken manual import. The mystery gets stranger as the history shows the system updates have not occurred since 09/09/2025 but…
