Hi - I ended up setting up the field type to be "Email Address" so that I could choose it as an option on the workflow and after saving the workflow state, I changed the field type back to "Long Text." It is now working. Not sure if this was the best solution, but I'm good for now.

Has there been any updates to be able to do a CSV import to update the custom item number field? We need to include the expiration date for all serialized items and were hoping to do it through a CSV import instead of one by one.
