I had the same problem had to setup a workflow to lock the record and remove the edit button for the roles which i didnt want to edit the accounts.

We're considering the Advanced Project module, and have run across a few questions. At first glance, it does not appear that we're able to pull in the total project cost, only labor costs, into the profitability calculation.
