SOLUTION: Check the fields (variables) which are called during the process and verify the level for Search/Reporting is different to None (It must be Run or Edit, depending your requirements.)

I am not sure what happened, checked the box again of Store value, test it and didn't work. So I created again the saved search, same fields to be included and for this saved search, it is working now. Thanks a lot!

Got it, previously I had the Store Value checked but I read that it should be unchecked but both ways are failing. One custom field is a list and the other one is a free text, I am adding the correct {ids} but not working.
