Hi Katerina, Appreciate your response. I do not have an accurate screenshot but it is similar with the native Budget vs Actual report in NS except that the data is for multiple budget categories. Your sample is helpful! May I know which dataset did you use for the actuals? Thank you!

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan, is this possible via custom sublist? Can I add a sublist on the Write check form which will contain the CC Charges list? And how about the Expenses and Items sublist, they still need to select the Credit Card liability account and input the total liability balance to be paid to the credit card…

That was what I proposed but customer would like to select the CC charges they would like to pay or at least identify which charges were paid by which payment transaction. Hi @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle, thank you for your response. We just resolved this today. We removed the mandatory setting of Department in NetSuite and it worked.
