@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Now I have line IDs = zero. Is that expected behavior? Should I exclude those? They do not appear to be "legitimate." thank you.

Thanks @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle . So if we are doing an extract of the item fulfillments records, is it your recommendations that we don't / ever use the main line as a filter (so as to ensure that we extract all the records) ?
-
I did some more troubleshooting and discovered that in removing the filters, attempting to extract the "raw" data from saved search. Type = IF; Date = Last Month; main line = FALSE IF41460 has 4 lines Saved search extract only shows 3 lines.

Perhaps it'll help to explain the problematic column. I am looking at item fulfillments and try to get a sum of the product rate so that I could put some sort of value to the item fulfillment record since it does not inherently have one. Column: Applied To Transaction : Item Group Rate (Custom Column) I did not create this…

I re-tested, and it appears, sadly, that the Item Fulfillment is still only picking up one of the lines when main line = false.

I found older articles that said "be very careful when using Main Line True with Item Fulfillments. Unless they've corrected it, currently the main line on a Fulfillment is actually the first line item."
