Would it be possible to default the "Project Template" field so that whenever a project is created, it uses that template? I couldn't find the "project template" field in the back end.

I am working on creating the workflow. My only issue is that proposal is not showing under the action. Is it not possible to select "proposal" when using the "create record" action?

It may be the quotes module? Under the administrator role, we can go to Transaction then Sales then prepare proposals.

Yes I wanted to create a change order so that when a sales order is created and changes need to be made, they could click the "change order" and it would take them to a proposal creation, but would be a change order template.

Hi I checked the inactive templates as well and it is only showing 1 template for picking tickets. This is the preview when I select the 1 template. This does not look like the current one being used.

Hi Patrick, One more clarification! I update the sales tax table for Kansas and when I did, it created tax codes with odd names. I verified that they were created after the update. Do you know why this would be or what these are? Are these codes that can just be inactivated?

How can I see if I am using Advanced Taxes or Legacy taxes?

When I created the report, there are a ton of "Other" and "Transit" Tax Codes. Is there a way to see if these are legitimate tax codes or if they were added by a previous accountant?

That is correct. The tax codes do not show on the pay sales tax page and we do not have a filter on that page.

I did try this, but the problem I am having is that this field needs to be editable from the saved search. When I tested this formula text field, it would not allow us to edit that field on the saved search. Is this possible?

The "NOTES & JOB DETAILS" field is preventing the users to see more of the jobs listed in the row. For example, In the screenshot, you can only see 3 projects. If this field's size was adjusted, we should be able to see 6-8 in this view.

I am using the Admin role. This is happening for all projects. There should not be a script running in the background. We are also using the standard project form.
