Here is an example. We have New Mexico transactions attached. On the report, it shows (112.53) on the tax due column. When I add all of the checks, I get a total of $128.01. I don't see what the 15.48 difference is.

So when this happens, there is no way to correct the report to show the tax collected column and the tax due column to match? When I look at our account, I don't show any credit memos. I think that there were transactions outside of the pay sales tax that is causing the discrepancies.

No it looks like the project name on the tasks (right side of the screenshot below) is a mixture of the customer field, the job id field, and the project name. Is there a way to see how this "project name" field pulls the information?

It may be the quotes module? Under the administrator role, we can go to Transaction then Sales then prepare proposals.

Yes I wanted to create a change order so that when a sales order is created and changes need to be made, they could click the "change order" and it would take them to a proposal creation, but would be a change order template.

Hi I checked the inactive templates as well and it is only showing 1 template for picking tickets. This is the preview when I select the 1 template. This does not look like the current one being used.

Hi Patrick, One more clarification! I update the sales tax table for Kansas and when I did, it created tax codes with odd names. I verified that they were created after the update. Do you know why this would be or what these are? Are these codes that can just be inactivated?
