Thanks for the reply Judith - it looks like it's not designed to be reliable while using dynamic groups. Also the fact that you are forced to be in a different lane that trumps customer pricing makes the priority logic tough to work around. I was really looking forward to this feature too…

An additional problem I am running into with testing this feature is dynamic customer groups. When I tried to add a dynamic group it suggested there were only 106 members at the time when in reality there were 579 customers.
