Thank you very much, this is very helpful. We have a lot of old activity and may need to clear a lot out. The implementation lacked formal procedures so our data is quite messy. I am trying to get it cleaned up and balanced and start with standard NetSuite processes. I appreciate your help! Bob

Yes, that's the biggest concern. When you go to reconcile you see a batched deposit on the bank statement and in NetSuite you 8,000 individual deposits. This is the simple explanation. I am happy to try and elaborate more for sure if necessary. Thank you so much for your reply and any help you can lend. Bob
