Ok, thanks. If I build this as a search, could you help me get started on what that would look like? We have over 60 employee resources and 40 Generic resources. I assume this can be resolved in a single search?

Thanks. If a user allocates a resource for 10 hours over a 3-day period, lets say Mon-Wed. If another user books a resource for two hours on Tuesday, it would not show over allocated, but technically two resources would be booked the same day. I don't think we could leverage the percentage to create a notification. Is this…

Thanks! We book resources either natively in the Resource Allocation Grid, or at the project levels, in the individual tasks. When booking in project tasks, is where most of the problems occur. There is nothing to show if that resource is over allocated at that level. All roles have access to the Resource Allocations

I was able to create a workflow to update the fields! That seems to be working.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was, fortunately, able to resolve it with a saved search, using expressions and the Date of Last Sale.

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I'm not sure I understand your suggestion. I am assuming that is the internal ID of the Messages To... fields? I have attached screenshots of the criteria and results I am using.

We set the days to 30 day duration and the user still has to do 2FA everytime. He is the only one in that role that experiences this. I am certainly stumped.

Thanks. I didn't put anything in that field because I assume since the Criteria is only looking for Closed as the task status. I will test that to see if it works.

Remove that makes duplicate lines for each sales order now.

That does not work. Billing Transaction field shows blank and all the BT: Amount values are 0.00

Thanks for the response. I understand adding all the classes, that is the current method we are using to capture them We do have a lot of searches where Classes are part of the criteria. The only issue is these are not dynamic. If new classes are added under the parent class, one would still need to update all the searches…

I think i found the problem. We imported a series of invoices. Is there a way to correct the import to included the related sales order?
