Hello again, I did get information from NS Support. The item records Unit Type (ours are in Each) cannot be changed Therefore, to smart count by pallet, under the EACH Unit of Measure Table, an entry for each item must be added with the conversion (eachs qty) i.e., item name/Pallet . The list would be very long to select…

Hi, We create Wave Groups in the UI and pick in WMS. Once the wave is created and sent to WMS, not picked yet, the TO Location on the TO cannot be edited. Do you know how I can change this? I look forward to the replies. I'm hoping this can be changed without custom development. Thanks, Debbie
