I have recreated the steps you provided above and the ubilled orders amount is still not pulling in. It pulls in the balance ($76.50) and the total of the sales order ($100)

Hi Joahanna, I believe the issue is the "Unbilled Orders" field not sourcing in correctly into the formula. For example, I tested the calculation of {balance} + {unbilledorders} and populated the number in the Memo Field.
