Yes We have done all that. I just opened a ticket
-
We do not. With that said any other user with that role can access these records. It's just a single user. The user can access the dashboards for these records, they can create new vendor records, they can also edit the vendor records they just cant view the record.
-
This all users in my instance.
-
I have not filed one yet, that would be great .
-
I don't believe there are any scripts or wf , are you asking if I opened a ticket?
-
They are not set to true I have checked. This has been almost half of all PO's created since Monday, and did not happen before Monday. Note we had an update on Saturday.
-
Also these are notes that would need to be printed every time a given customer has an order placed, so I dont want to have to re enter them, that's why I am thinking the field should be placed on the customer record.
-
I created this as an item report
-
The purpose of this report is to review the sales activity for each item in our system, The item 360 tab has all the information I need but it doesn't seem to be available in the saved search Criteria Results Below is an example of how the report will look when finished. The Green section is what I need help with, it tells…
-
The issue is I need to see all items even if they were not included in a sale
-
Thanks so much for all your help! I appreciate you taking your time to help me.
-
Ok this makes sense, but would you happen to know why we haven't seen this box before today? It does seem to work fine, I'm just curious.
-
We have around 15,000 items the max number the field will allow is 1000
-
I just checked, it is happening to everyone putting in ortders, today is the first time the box has appeared. I have tested different values and the box still appears.
-
Yes, that is the box, it doesn't appear when clicking on the arrows. It appears after entering the item number.
-
Sorry I should have been more clear, The reason I want to get this on the RA Form is so that I can insert it to the PDF, so that when drivers can easily identify the package they are to pick up on their routes. Yes, the vendor name is sourced from the item record.
-
Wow this helps alot thanks so much!
-
If I created a second PDF is there away to choose which PDF is printed from the record? like a field with a dropdown?
-
No, The HTML inside of the advanced PDF uses logic based on the subsidiary. I guess I should mention I'm strictly talking about PDF's with regards to selecting the logo.
-
I apologize I do not see an email from you in my inbox
-
Yes, I cleared his cache for him, and even tried using another browser, on another workstation. I created the dashboards/reports specifically for him, and he has used them for around 3 months with no issue. I can set his home screen back up manually, but he is my boss and still wants to know why his home screen lost all…
-
No Dashboards have been published
-
Yep I checked, User is using correct role and no changes have been made. He went home on Thursday, was off until Monday and came back to his home screen missing a dashboard and the layout and settings had changed. He is the only one this happened to, and we have around 100 users.
-
We have tried a reboot Hard refresh Different browser nothing has worked
-
Ok this is what I was thinking, thankyou!
-
The item is active, and I it does have access to this subsidiary. I tried adding the subsidary field and got the same error.
-
Item Defined Cost
-
The original name was PO Rate
-
Sure but I'm not sure I understand what you mean here, how they are set up? Just to be clear I don't believe PO Rate is a custom field. As far as PO/Cost Rate the only thing I edited was the name for the sake of the sales people at my company.
-
Yes they are, I changed the field name on the sales order.
