OK I've been on the phone with NS today trying to find out why I'm not at the current 2007.1 release, I guess I'm release 2007.05, and am being told that releases are done by database, not by account. I just summitted a case. We can't even create a new matrix item using Matrix Item Assistant. It display an error message on the first screen when we clicked Next to move to the next screen.
