Unfortunately that doesn't help me. I do need a way to record the total allowable discount amount, apply the availabile discount amount to an SO/Invoice, and then show the applied and remaining balance of the available discount on the invoice.

How to record it is part of this project. I need the SO to record it so that it can be reported against —- but would also like the invoice to show the remaining balance available on the discount amount. Does that help?

Thank you, Able - we did not provide a discount % on the Price Level, we did empty that field. It's not a problem - if we're stuck with the column we will just look past it. Thanks so much for your reply!!

In this case, I have edited the price levels fields that I want to have… and I was also able to disable the quantity pricing, which accomplished getting the column to a dollar instead of a percent.
