I just checked GL account 10004 and it does appear in Match Bank Data here. Not sure if it matters, but the subsidiary that has GL account 10012 is the main subsidiary on the Advanced Intercompany JE, but is the subsidiary where it doesn't appear in Match Bank Data.

Confirmed — those are unrelated transactions
