Thank you for this feedback. However, the item is not inactive. I'm wondering if the original item was removed from the RMA and then added back. I have never had this error when trying to save a credit memo created from an RMA.

We are having the same issue, and it's now three years later. In the past, when the import failed, I was able to manually update the import, and everything would come over.
