Hello @Micah Timbol-Oracle, Is there an alternate solution to change the Type of the Account? One of our accounts is wrongly tagged and it already has a transaction. Upon testing in our Sandbox account, even though we zeroed out the account, its Type is still uneditable. Please advise. Thank you! :)

We left the Sales Order field on the Deposit blank, the expected behavior is when we apply the Deposit, it will display all the Open Invoices of the Customer, am I correct? Also, we are not allowed to delete transaction records. So deleting the Credit Memo and Invoice is not feasible.

Hello Clarisa, Yes, we noted the change in Total of amount: However, we can't identify if it is indeed the Tax Amount. We want to verify the exact change or log for the Item line shared above. Also, per your screenshot, there's an Impact field. We can't find it on our end. Thanks!
