Bumping this please. Thanks!

This is now resolved. I overlooked the Customer Access on Web Presence feature. Thanks!

As per my understanding on the SuiteAnswers you sent, you will set a default account for specific Payment Methods, correct? What if this is blank? In standard, it will DR: AR account, CR: Customer Deposits (the system generated account). We want to change where it will be credited.

Hello Chelsea, We don't want to have a default payment method. Here's a sample Customer Deposit: Its GL Impact: We want to change the account where it is credited. I hope this further clarifies the expected behavior. Thanks!
-
What is the possible workaround for this? Thanks!
-
Hello Angela, But since you will return the item from that PO, shouldn't the PO reopen and available for receipt again? Thanks.
-
Thank you, @Angela Bayliss! Here's more detailed scenario. Expense: 100k Container Deposit: 20k Total Bill: 120k Bill Payment: 120k During the payment, they are sure that after some time the 20k will be refunded. They want to monitor the 20k to be refunded, so that no refunds will be missed. After 2 months, 20k Refund will…

How about Purchase Order autogenerated numbers - if Category is Local, L-Year-4digit. If International, I-Year-4digit. Is this doable? Thanks!
-
Thanks @Angela Bayliss and @Pradeep Kumar. I just need the list of the predefined accounts so I can provide this to the user then they can compare it and map it to their existing COA. @Angela Bayliss Can you share the native list of NS accounts for this please — "Manufacturing accounts are typically the variance and WIP…

Hello. We add Resources here. Edit the Project record, then, add the Resource. How can we check who were added and removed here? Also, it's important to know who changed this. Thanks.
-
Right! It was inactivated. Thanks, @Chelsea Jacobs! 🥳

Hello @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle, Sample Withholding Tax Code: Sample Vendor: Subsidiary Nexus: Thanks!
-
Yes, and these are standard fields as well. Thanks!
-
Thank you, @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle! For the Created From (EST Num) column, some are displaying the Opportunity record, not the EST. When you open the Opportunity, there's a related EST to it. We want this to show in our report as well: Thanks!
-
Hello @Micah Timbol-Oracle, Is there an alternate solution to change the Type of the Account? One of our accounts is wrongly tagged and it already has a transaction. Upon testing in our Sandbox account, even though we zeroed out the account, its Type is still uneditable. Please advise. Thank you! :)

This is now resolved. Thanks.

Thanks, @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle! We were able to unlink the Deposit and Sales Order. We left the Sales Order field on the Deposit blank, the expected behavior is when we apply the Deposit, it will display all the Open Invoices of the Customer, am I correct? However, on our end, there's no Invoices showing on the Deposit…

Hello @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle, Are these custom fields applied on the preferred custom form? Some of it, Yes. But, majority of the fields from the preferred form is hidden on the new form. Have you tried editing the record and reselecting the desired form? Yes Did it update to the correct form and fields? Yes. However,…

Thank you, @Tigran Shahnazaryan and @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle! We have a follow up question, which might be applicable for other records as well not only for Cases. We set a preferred custom form for Cases. However, it is possible to use other forms as well. If we view those records using other forms, it is still showing…

Hello, @Shiela Marie Villaluz-Oracle. Following up on this please. We need to process these transactions. Thank you.
-
Thank you @Able Wilson, In our process, the Sales Order record will be created first, so the time we will create a Project record, there's already an existing Sales Order. And yes, aside from Customer field, we want to source other field value from Sales Order to Project, like the custom field "End User" (shown on the…
-
Hello @Able Wilson, There's a standard field on the Sales Order for Project Record (Field ID: job). When you click New or the + sign, you will be routed on creating a Project record. Thanks.
-
Hello @Shiela Marie Villaluz-Oracle, The alternate solution will work for future transactions. How about the affected Purchase Order and Item Receipt, how to correct this? We cannot edit the Expense amount in the IR to match the right amount. Thank you.
-
Hello, We have somehow the same situation, however, instead of Customer field, we cannot edit the Sales Order field on the Customer Deposit. The wrong and right Sales Orders have the same Customer. Please advise. Thank you!
-
Hello, We're encountering the reported issue as well. The Purchase Order has only Expenses and no Items; hence, there's no quantity that we can edit. Please advise. Thanks!
-
