Thanks PZ. Is the price cheaper or the same as NS? If it's about the same, say 5k each extra site, why bother use integration? Jane

OK, case number: 680589

Thank you Mark for the clues. Feeling a little bit better now. Jane

thanks guys. I have a part time web designer here. She is an artist. I have to sort out the system customization for her. If we can not do it in the end, we may need a third party to help. Jane
-
Thanks Evan Are you able to give me more details on the script? I don't know how to write the script or deploy it. After we use NS, one of the account managers has left and another one is leaving next week. (they all complain about NS) We have to get this big customer put the order through line otherwise we have to employ…

HI, Evan After I restrict him to my Melbourne warehouse, can I also remind him I don't have enough stock when he process an order? Jane
-
thanks guys for your reply. Now I feel much better.
-
Thanks Bradb. If that's the only way, I think I'll have to use it. It's really not reasonable for NS to do in this way. My project manager recon I can email them the reports instead of let them see the reports in the system. I need to think about it.

We are talking to RFBS. Benjamin Gow [Benjamin.Gow@RFBS.onmicrosoft.com] I am not sure if they have office in US or not. Ben said they have offices in EURO. We went to two of their sites last week one is a Netsuite user. The system is very impressive.
-
thanks, Spos, this is a great help. I will have a research.
-
thank guys for your information. It seems some NS partners have already done a WMS which can link to Netsuite. I will do some research to see if there is anything suitable for us.

This would be a very useful function. After we print out a picking ticket, warehouse may not have the stock (it's not 100% accurate). We then back order it. When the goods is available, we need the warehouse to print it again. Currently we have to manually email warehouse to print it again. If we could just change the…

Hi, Evan It only print date without time. We need the time. Jane
-
I am printing it myself. My time zone is the same as my system notes. But the {createddate} result is US time zone.
-
HI, Evan I just tried again. {createddate} does work. But it prints your time instead of our time. ie. In the system notes, the order is created at "25/02/2008 3:12pm" (Melbourne time). But what printed on the picking ticket is "24/02/2008 8:12pm" (must be the time where the NS server is located) Jane
-
Thanks Evan Never know it's too easy. Our implementation service guy wrote a script to capture the time. But the script captures the workstation's computer time. We have users in different time zone which make the "create time" printed on the picking ticket looks very odd. Jane
-
Hi, Evan Only tried in the weekend (can not change forms during work days). I can only find {date} or {transdate} . There is no such field {create date} to chose as you mentioned. It only print date without time. Jane

1, Multi-location We are using 4 locations (in 4 cities) which we have no problem. There is a bug in NS when you have more than one location in an order. The bug is when an order has more than one location, each location should only print their own items on their picking ticket but what we experience is it may print other…

Thanks to Evan and NS engineers. Most of my issues have been solved quickly. Jane

Yes, Matt You know I have 5,400 items, 4 locations. I need to enter all the stock quantity and values and then point them to the Bins in the weekend before we go live. I don't know how many people I need. Jane
-
Thanks, Angela I just tried. I will set up all the Bins for every item first. I will only use one Bin for every Item at every location first. I tick this one Bin as prefer bin. Then I wait for the weekend to enter all the quantities. Finish, go to Bin put away work sheet, submit. This will put all the quantity to the…
-
Thanks Angela What we are thinking now is set up the Bins now and tick a prefer Bin. For the location which hasn't got Bin, I'll use a Fake Bin number. But still, I have to wait to the weekend before go live. Enter the quantity in, do Bin put away, point the quantity to the prefer Bin. Otherwise, we can not pick.
-
Hi, Angela, I hope you can help on this. I am in the middle of making the decision if we should use BINs or not or later. My warehouse manager think we can't . My boss hope I can use it. We are in clothing industry, customers are from small to big. We have orders like one of each size (XS, S,M,L,XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL). We…
-
Thank you very much, Angela. I will asign a prefered bin for each location, and only one bin for one item in each location. And in the weekend, I will enter the quantity for one location, do Bin put away sheet. Then enter another location.... I will do more test on this. We are currently not using Bins. Our warehouse…
-
Also I use 2 Bins for every item. One for pick, one for bulk. Everyday, when the pick Bin is running out of stock, somebody will move the stock from Bin2 to Bin1. How do I do it? Couldn't find anywhere to do it.
-
Thanks, John. I reported the case to support. The system re-calculated yesterday and the figures are back today.
-
We asked the customer for their password. We can process for them when log in with their user name. So I am not sure what happened. Three people can not get through at the same day, it doesn't happen before. One of the customer places order on line everyday. And she can place order now without any change on her computer.
-
we have six other customers who can not proceed check out yesterday and today. This had never happened before the update. Some customers can process new orders after we submit one web-order for them. But some still can not.

the last ETA I received from email is 9th June. But it's still not fixed so far.
