It doesn't happen randomly in our webstore, it happens all the time. I think the status is now "pending release". This is not the practical solution. What happens is when we receive the actual products from the factory, there is always some discrepancy. We need to change the quantity on both PO and SO then make the invoice. We can not delete the PO because the PO is finished by the factory at the time. Jane

The search on our shopping site and customer center is not working. It's not working on any browser. I have cleared all the cookies, it doesn't work. The search is working on our catalog site though. we are using the work around as Scott says. But it create a $0 payment when we apply a deposit to an invoice. Doesn't look right.

Hi, patricefabre Most of my items(over 6,000) are price exclude tax. I only need these 48 items to be set up as price included. If I change this setting, will it affect other items? Jane

It's from web service. My EDI supplier imports for me. The price from the buyer has already included TAX. After they transfer to my NS sales order, the price is treated as net price and it will be added TAX on the sales order lines again. Jane

It is checked. But when my EDI transfer the order into my NS system, the price is include GST, when it goes to the sales order line, it will still add 10% GST for me. So this doesn't solve my problem. Jane

Thank you Ken. Support I called today said it was a mistake to change status to "Awaiting customer waiting". All I want is this defect be fixed before we are upgraded. Jane

But the filter is not working properly. we have filter: "department" and "class" When you first go in, "All" is on the top, then all other ones are listed under it.
