Cody, I feel your pain. We use "Location" for different warehouses. After we changed the filter to system standard fields, every one of my warehouse roles (there are 10 users) can refresh the "print picking ticket" screen very quickly. HI, Cody Do you use custom field as filter? If yes, this may be the reason. We changed to use system standard fields "department" and "location" as filter, then the problem is solved. Support I called a few times never understand my problem. They will always give you a defect number which may never get resolved. Jane

We fixed the problem, I have closed the case. What happened is "Department" and "Class" were not be able to set as "Filter" on Fulfillment and Print picking ticket screen when we go live last year. we are having the same issue. All users keep on being kick out after log in.

today, both of our website is down. When you try to click anything or search anything, it goes for a few minutes with an "Internal Error" message comes out. Customer can't order online. Our internal order system is working. Support has just fixed for me.
