thanks. It's off 15 minutes, now it's back. I don't know what happened with the Netsuite server. It's down in all our branches so it's not our side's problem.

support called me for the case I loged. She still think it's our network's problem. I have told her to watch this user group thread. This can prove it's not our side's problem. There is still no solution yet. Will it be an Australian internet problem on Netsuite site?

I have called my Netsuite account manager. He said it might be one of the database which we are sharing in OZ is having problem. He has escalated the case I reported .case number 1300462

Yes, we have the same problem from yesterday. And it happend to all our branches in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney. So it's not our network's problem. Thank you Tom for the prompt response. We have been working with our account manager on this case. I am happy to know that there will be no extra charge to my account for the storage. It was a false alarm. Thanks for all the help from Netsuite.

it's getting worse. Even the order is for Melbourne warehouse, but it prints in brisbane warehouse. We have restricted every warehouse can only see the orders commit in their own warehouse.

I know the reason is: Netsuite has problem on locations and department. If you have to embroider the product, I think treat that product as a inventory item is the best way. This is what we are doing here everyday. Embroidery item is a service item. Don't know what NS is doing. It's Monday 3:00pm here, our busiest time in one day. And we are terribly busy this moment. Netsuite, please check why this always happen !!!! And when this thing happen, my customers are waiting, my warehouses are waiting, who can tell me how long do we have to wait?
