Yes, the assets have all been depreciating. The amounts in FAMS are correct; it's just that the GL is less by these amounts. It's as if since the shipping charges didn't get proposed and then individual assets created for them, the GL isn't recognizing those amounts as having been processed. FAMS is showing more than the…

I had to do a Zoom call with Payroll Support and our onsite Administrator. As it turns out the update was a "managed bundle" upgrade meaning that it was up to NetSuite to install it for us, as they are our "solution provider manager", which had already been done. We received an email from NetSuite telling us to install the bundle ourselves. When that was attempted, it resulted in the error message I alluded to previously. I've put in a Support Ticket and a representative is working on it.
