Unfortunately, this setting does not affect default font / font size of the email. When I send out an email from Netsuite, the defualt font is Verdana / font size 12. This is especially strange because when I type my message, it is displayed in Arial. Please let me know if this qualifies as a bug. I will submit. Thanks!

We are experiencing the same issue. Our team on the west coast is finding customer replies, to emails originally sent out of Netsuite, have been delivered to their Spam folder. It appears that this began happening after our Netsuite scheduled Data Center Migration (ours was 9/8). Are you all noticing the same timing? I…
