They changed it to two fields now, but one is native, Sales Rep and the other is custom, Sales notes. It's a field that only the Sales dept. has access to.

We have a separate subtab for Product Dimensions Right now we are just using manual updates through saved searches but would like to automate it if possible.

I don't think that we are using Advanced BOM, we have a secondary program called Blend ERP that houses all of our BOMs.
