These are the steps: 1.) Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Projects 2.) Enter Project 3.) Select Project Template. After selecting Project template, the system prompts: Warning: All manually entered values will be lost. Do you want to continue?

Thank you for your immediate feedback :) I also tried additional creation of projects and it seems it only occur to 2 project templates. But i couldn't find the workflow related to this prompt message.
