Hi Niks, Thanks for the response. Here is my scenario again. I create a purchase order for one lot numbered item. I assign a batch and give an expiry date. - Batch number: 1234 - Expiry Date; 31/12/2023 When the supplier delivers the item, the expiry date is not the same as what i had put on the purchase order. Since i am…

Hi Patrick, Yes, that works. The items default to the tax codes of the country that is created as a nexus. However, that is not my requirement. Let me explain my case again: 1) I only have one subsidiary(Mauritius) 2) I buy products from different countries in the world which I will ultimately sell locally. 3) Mauritius…

Hi Patrick, Thanks for that. I have tested but I don't think that will be a solution acceptable by the client because it means we have to create all the taxes in all the nexus countries and create the same tax schedules for all. I am looking for a more efficient solution where the tax schedule applied on an item applies to…

Hi Patrick, Thanks for your response. Just for clarification, my issue is the system doesn't pick the tax codes assigned on the tax schedule for an item automatically when the shipping address of the supplier is not Mauritius. It can be any country. I am however able to select the tax codes manually and proceed with the…

Hi Patrick, Yes, i am using advanced taxes. My subsidiary Nexus is Mauritius. I have suppliers with addresses from different countries but my test case scenario is South Africa and USA. When i choose that particular vendor, the tax schedule defined on the item becomes irrelevant. I would like the PO taxes to always default…

Hi Kristoffer, The issue here is the workflow doesn't send a second statement to a customer if they have been assigned more than one subsidiary. It only sends the statement associated with the primary subsidiary. The CC works alright. Thanks Erick

Hi @Mauricio Solís Not yet. Still struggling with it. Thanks

Thanks Patrick Understood. And thanks for the suite answers tip. Regards Erick

Thanks @Niks Blando-Oracle

Hi @RobertBongers , I have joined the party abit late but you can still use the standard workflow to change the status. Using the order status field the available status options work as follows: Pending Approval - Represents Planned on the work order Pending Fulfilment - Represents Released on the work order. Thanks Erick

Hi Kristoffer, Yes. I still do. Actual workflow screenshot: The send Action screenshot is as below:

Hi Kristoffer, I have enabled 'multi - subsidiary customer' option. This means the customer has a primary subsidiary and other subsidiaries which can trade with the same customer. All the functionalities are working perfectly i.e, manually generate statements per subsidiary, generate different documents per currency etc.…

Thanks so much Dominica! I am sorted! I have used the sub list groups on the workflow and it has worked. Thanks once again

Hi Patrick, Thanks so much for the detailed response. You have pretty much answered all my queries. I will also take a look at the suite answers to get more clarity on this. At the moment, I don't see the subsidiary option either on the production or sandbox under set up which means that something has to be done by support…

Hi Dominica, Thanks for all the information. I totally get the behavior. However, if you happen to come across a clever formula to copy the main line details to the lines based on the internal ID or any other way, please share it.? Thanks alot for all your input.

Hi Dominica, Thanks for all the effort and leading me to what i think could be the problem. If i use the example similar to what you have shared, then i am able to get the results.i.e, a bill credit raised directly from the bill. See below: Bill credit created from a Bill: The created from field has the link. Below are the…

Hi Dominica, My apologies for the delay in sending this through. Below is my selection criteria. Basically my intention is to get the bill date and bill number from which the credit note is raised. When i use the applied to fields, they all return blanks. Thanks

Hi Diane, Did you ever get a solution for this? I am having the same problem. Thanks
-
Hey Erick, Its taken a while for me to get back to you but thanks a bunch! Your suggestion worked a treat!☺️ Thanks

Thanks. Let me explore all the available options?
