The new user now has access to Deposits. Issue has been resolved. thank you for your help.

I added Deposits under the Permissions tab, but will have to wait until tomorrow to ask the User if that resolved her problem. There is a 7 hour time difference for her. I will post a response then. Thanks!

I resolved the issue by clicking on the "Alert me when ready". When I received the email with a link to the report, it gave me the report with the correct forwarding balance. This is resolved.

Thanks for that information. I determined that I did not check all the schedules that tie in to my prepaid account when I created the amortization journal. Thanks.

Netsuite will not allow me to edit the journals because I applied a payment. When I try, it is grayed out.

Hi Shamaine, Thank you! That got rid of the original Journals on the AP Aging, but I still have two left that did not clear. These are from JE ll9756 as follows. Do you have ideas how to clear these two? Thanks for your help. Debrae
