Thanks ALL This has been resolved now. The search criteria was updated to match exactly the examples in SuiteAnswer ID : 51281 Defining Transaction Saved Searches for Electronic Bank Payment, to create the Search for the Vendor Prepayment transactions. Yes both selected "Vendor Prepayment" selected for both "EFT Transaction Type" and "Transaction Saved Search"? Vendor Prepayment Saved Search based on the reference provided by NetSuite as modified
