We keep our renewal dates listed in our Client Info tab and we have a few exceptions that I need to have an additional date for a renewal but not sure yet where I can set that up. We thought doing an alert, but I am not sure if that is the best way either.

it is for a reminder, driven by a future date, and one time occurrence.

This would be for a couple of renewals later in the year.

This would be weekly time posted to a project from prior month. The time needs to be moved to a different project number. We also billed the time but by moving this to the other project we will not be charging the client. So I will need to credit that invoice from the prior month.
