is there a way to get case updates, or view case statuses and severity? looking to check on 532370 and 533355 specifically, if that helps.

ya, tried standard PDF and HTML both to no avail. if it's not fixed by Sunday night, I'll probably try making a super-super-basic layout and slowly adding things on until it errors.

Having exact same issue as OP. I opened a ticket with Netsuite on this one, and they added it to existing Defect #- 452612
