Hi Shamaine, Thanks for getting back to me. I've checked that the credit card payments checkbox is checked. There is still no credit card approved (or other credit card boxes) showing up under the billing tab on the standard sales order. Here is a picture of what the billing tab looks like for the standard sales order.

Yep that's the email account she is attempting to contact. Apparently the emails keep getting rejected. Any other contacts that might work?

Hi Erick, Thanks for helping me out. It was not a defect. I just had the Items permission set to 'view' instead of 'full'. Thought that it would still allow me to view the locations without being set to 'full'. Thank you! -Noah
