Was this every solved? I am having the same issue Yes, we tested in Sandbox first and then tried to move to Production. We figured it out, removing the account attribute fixed the issue.

So I tried the folder path given by the SFTP provider. I proceeded with an 'inbound manual' but I got this error "The bank folder processing path you entered is incorrect. Enter a correct path and then try again." When I shortened it to just /folder and did an 'inbound manual' I was able to see the folder with all 31 files…
