Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Error resolved with help from NetSuite Service Desk. If there is a user with negative internal id. It throws the error.

Yes, it has been provisioned. As well as the WMS module which we also need to install and implement.

You can cancel a receipt by deleting it. Open the receipt in Edit mode, select Actions then delete. You must have right permissions.
