Hi all, I am reading this discussion, and we are in a similar situation. The only difference is we are assigning the items to a bin for the first time. So it is not a bin-to-bin transfer but a null-to-bin transfer. Would this solution still work? Or is there another way of assigning already stocked items to a bin in bulk?…

Actually, the solution came from a consultant in another forum. In the tax settings "Enable Tax Lookup on Sales Transactions" was unchecked. Once this is checked, Tax Code field will auto-populate. Thank you all for your time and answers.

Thank you for the answers. As I understand it does update the customer ID field itself so if there are any mappings on a 3rd party system that does not rely on Internal ID but this customer ID then it would be affected.

Tigran, thank you for providing the screenshots and your patience. I found out my Workflow trigger was also Before Submit (instead of All Triggers) and that's why it didn't work. It is working now.

The mystery about the support tickets has been resolved. Apparently when I updated my email in my account, the records under "authorized contacts" did not update automatically. Meaning, I am logging in as admin with new email, and when I try to create a ticket Netsuite cannot find that email under authorized contacts…
