Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Thank you for testing this, @Ivy Lopez-Oracle
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle that's helpful, thank you! Will it also be a standard behavior if the shipping method was changed via Suitelet or manually in the IF record upon creation?
-
Thank you for this @Ivy Lopez-Oracle Noted on the origin of the shipping cost from the invoice. But, how about the shipping cost on the IF? Will it really recalculate/add a shipping cost even if there's no shipping cost on the SO?
-
It does, thank you!! Also realized my mistake 😅
-
Hi @User_LJQX7 In one example SO we have, it has 2 Item fulfillments. It also has 2 invoices There's shipping cost in both invoices Shipping items (each one is different and used in each invoice) have their respective shipping rate. Some are flat rate, some are real time. SO has a different shipping method compared to the…

Hi @Nicole Mendoza-Oracle Thank you for the follow-up and the suggestions you and @User_ZCWF3 gave. It might take some time for me to go back to this and complete my testing, but I appreciate the help!
-
Thanks for this, @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle! Is the number returned by the formula in DAYS?
-
Thank you, Clarisa! This is a big help!
-
This is great! Thanks a bunch for your help!
-
Thank you for this, @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle! That worked. The only difference with mine is I had the STORE VALUE = ✔️. Follow-up question: Is there a reason why it doesn't work when store value is checked?
-
Thanks, Joahnna!
-
Thanks, @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle ! Follow-up Questions: *What are built-in fields? *When I try the same settings but for Tax Code (within line line as well), the workflow runs as expected. What's so different with "Units"?
-
Hi @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle Can you give me the enhancement number and title?
-
Hi @GauravAgrawal , Can you send a screenshot of what that fields looks like in an existing estimate record after making the workflow? Because on my end, I am still able to edit the "units" dropdown field when I edit an existing estimate record. Thanks!
-
Oh, okay gotcha. Thanks!
-
Hi Angelica, What does this mean? "if there is no space (you can see it when you highlight the field) in the value" Do you mean that if I highlight that field upon viewing the transaction record where it was placed? Sorry would want to check it on my own too :)
-
The screenshots I've shown are within the NetSuite UI. White screen is within the netsuite UI but we just opened the console to check any returned error. No custom script in the deposit record (only scripts from drag and drop bundle and box) No workflows aside from hiding void button from specific roles.
-
Thank you for verifying, Michelle!
-
Yeah, we already figured that part out but we're just curious if the forgot password email is being tracked in NetSuite, for us to check if the email was really sent out? That's what we want to find an answer to.
-
Hello - following up on this please! Or anyone has an idea?
-
This is helpful. Thank you!
-
Got this - thanks!
-
Thank you, Michelle!
-
Got this, thanks Michelle!
-
All good on this, thank you!
-
This works, thank you!
-
Thanks for this. I'm looking to customize the summary report and not the details report. Is there another way?
-
Got this. Thank you for answering my questions!
-
Thank you, Michelle! Is the default setting of the event always NOT set to Public? If yes, is there a way to make all events public by default?
