Hello Community! Josh Maxwell, a User Experience Researcher for NetSuite Foundation has fun a question for you. Imagine for a moment that NetSuite had an assistant like Alexa or Siri. What would you ask of your NetSuite assistant? Use this survey link to share your top questions to the assistant.
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
"Did I pay vendor John Doe last month?"
"Take me to my largest sales order for this month."
"What invoices haven't been paid yet?"

When you fullfilled the order, did the quantities change to '0'?

Hello, Option #3 would be the best way to go with one caveat: Not only would I like to see the above but also with an option for which users report(s) I want to see. Ex. All or Smith or Johnson--etc. Best Regards, Roger

Check out www.rositano.com--This is a privately owned company that does fantastic work and responds to any issue very quickly. This company has experience designing and maintaining web sites for tv stations--needless to say the stations require 100% uptime and issues would need to be addressed immediately. Hope this helps!

Cecelia, I have used National Association of Credit Management (NACM) when I workded for Sysco Foods in the past. They have a great collection program. They also have a regional and national membership to exchange information on your mutual customers. Best Regards, Roger

Just a shot here...Try formatting the column for number or as text (try number 1st with no decimals).

This is old, but I could not figure out a way except to create a template with all tasks and have the PM's create projects from that template.

Thank you for your reply. I may not be saying this correctly...I would like to give only certain employees return authorization access along with limits that they can authorize a return amount. Please let me know if this is possible.
-
Thank you for the confirmation...I was afraid that this would be a customization...Thanks again!
-
Awesome--Thanks for the information on both areas! Where is the voting (or what are the chances of this enhancement happening soon) on this? Do you know?
-
Thank you...voting now complete...lol

Apologies for delay in reply--been out a bit--I do appreciate the reply from you. We are trying to figure out a way to have an "entry" page to bring in or enter quota's and/or forecasts details and then be able to drill down (in a report) by "cust by rep by month" and "sales by cust by rep by month", etc... I am sure it is…

thanks--yes, I have already used this flow as a fix for the department, the department in question wanted to just type over the current note--i submitted the "new message box" as a fix since we record all previous notes below--I have convinced them that this is better than deleting the previous note--thanks again for you…

sorry found it and it is not checked...the field in question is under communication--incoming from customer--message...the message field is the field that we would like to possibly edit afterwards.
-
Thank you for the reply...Yes they are crm support cases...Where do I go to "uncheck" that box...Thanks again!
-
Thank you for the help! I should have said this is for all reports and searches using the customer ceo (I did not set it up, but have now fixed the issue)--Thanks again!
-
Hello All, I too would like to see if this is possible! Best Regards, Roger
-
Sounds familiar--they have been telling us the same thing for years!

I would do a transaction search and look at the "Last Modified" field. Anything changed that affects a prior period transaction should be looked at. You would need to filter things such as tran date, type, and possibly item amongst others based on your business. Roger

Apologies for delay in returning (went live on 06/01/15) and things are hectic. Thanks for the information and ideas! We are looking at multiple emails to vendor, warehouse, sales manager...etc. Problem these may change based on item and immediate need so they are not static. Thanks again for the help.

Would be happy to test. Just pre-registered. Like Julian's thoughts. Roger Bellataire Diamonds

We created them each individually as asset accounts and apply payments as we receive them.

Hello Robert--Thanks for the advice--I will keep it in mind as I move forward--Best Regards, Roger

Ditto...I have not done workflows, so anything already tried with + or - results would be helpful.

I set up a report so they can see at a glance what is out there. I then set up excel with a master sheet that has the formula to show DSO and what not. They dump the report into a new sheet and the formulas are already there from the master. They then can see last payment, amount, DSO, etc... I have a background in A/R…

Thanks Carl, I have taught myself javascript but without really knowing where to start it is useless (also since I have not used workflows or scripting...it is daunting to attempt things that I know if i had more knowledge would benefit my company (time being the limiting factor (just went live on 06/01--so very busy)).…

FloDocs definitely looks useful. But, I am looking for help/ideas/examples of how to do workflows and scripts. I have always used a programmer, but would like to get this under my belt as it would save $$ and give me NS another dimension of knowledge.
