Only a guess here, but maybe system slowness "timing out" or possibly connection issues? Usually, we see an error message of some sort if NS related. BUT ONLY A GUESS HERE. Apologies that I cannot give you a definitive answer.

Hello Rachael, I am in the process of setting up Projects for my company. So, if you found a solution I would be interested in it. Also, anything I should be wary of when setting this up--never used before.

Thanks kcrisostomo! Would making it inactive then affect being able to see the project details on a report or search?

We also use OzLink and we would recommend them to anyone. We are an end user not a Solution Provider but I concur with Olivier.
