The same is happening to us right now. Quotation and Order buttons suddenly died. Anyone has any idea?

Hi Lyka, I can't open the template. I get this every time i try to open or edit the template. I checked all my scripts and workflows but in one the fields custobody6 & 35 exist.

I am not the one who has created the scripts, and I have no idea in which script to look into.

Hi there, thanks for your assistance. I understand that this issue is caused by a script, and the question now is how to locate the script that causes that issue, and what would i need to change in it so I can solve the problem. Any suggestions?

Dear All, thanks a lot for your assistance. The issue as a script. The subsidiaries that the scripted applied to were defined in it.

Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately is not that easy((((( The workflow that exits deals only with the 4 of the eight buttons, and as you can see in the snapshots, it is the only one that runs on that page. As for the permissions I am logged in as an Administrator, and on that page there is no customization option.

Now I am missing only four, and I can't find where to look and what I need too change in order to make them appear
