How do I file a support case? I also have not been able to get through to NetSuite support over the phone without my "NetSuite Account Number" - Do you know where to find this number?

I just tried logging into my sandbox account, and I don't seem to have the same issue. None of my colleagues have the same issue, nor have they in the past. I am using the Sales Rep - NL Role. I am able to log in with my credentials, and even load some searches. However, I cannot edit any fields without losing connection to the netsuite website. It is not an issue with my internet, and I have tried multiple browsers
