Previously you couldn't put any files in the root of your website in NS. Therefore we had referenced the location of favicon in a subfolder. You can make an enhancement request with NS support then get people to vote for it. Then wait... The work around in the mean time is to go to Print Check & Forms -> Item Labels. There is a coefficient field next to the Real-Time FedEx or UPS rates field. Type in 1.3 instead of 1.0. Regards, Jesse.

FedEx International Express shipments include brokerage fees. So we simply use FedEx as the broker.

The high customs value will not affect your customers at all, currently ALL duties and taxes are being billed to the shipper if you use Netsuite to generate the labels. You may want to read this thread on FedEx International Issues. Sincerely, Jesse.

Barry, I understand all of what you have said. Despite the fact that I got Netsuite a year ago to add a Terms of Sale field to the shipping tab, it doesn't actually change the T.O.S. submitted to FedEx. WARNING: Netsuite provide NO MECHANISM to bill DUTIES and TAXES to the recipient (if you the sender are paying the shipping fees). Mike, I agree it does indeed look like USPS address verification is being applied to FedEx shipments. We are having to manually make labels in FedEx Ship Manager to fulfill many of our orders.

Indeed, the shipping estimator is designed to report the lowest shipping cost, which is of course "Will Call/ Pickup" because it is free. We had to remove the "Will Call" option from our website for exactly this reason. We have to manually change the shipping option after the order is placed. Frankly, I agree with the…

I'd like to see that also. Currently many sales reps keep our public website open in a separate tab of their browser.

We have removed the pick-up option from our website (uncheck display in website for this shipping item) for this exact reason. Note that Netsuite's shipping estimate function also picks the cheapest. We manually modify orders for pickup to the "Pickup" shipping item to remove the charge. Sincerely, Jesse.

FedEx API is down today. We opened a case in the last hour. Case #: 904187 PLEASE Netsuite FIX THIS ASAP! All our business is e-commerce via FedEx. We are out of business right now. =(
