FedEx International Express shipments include brokerage fees. So we simply use FedEx as the broker.

The high customs value will not affect your customers at all, currently ALL duties and taxes are being billed to the shipper if you use Netsuite to generate the labels. You may want to read this thread on FedEx International Issues. Sincerely, Jesse.

Mike, I agree it does indeed look like USPS address verification is being applied to FedEx shipments. We are having to manually make labels in FedEx Ship Manager to fulfill many of our orders.

Indeed, the shipping estimator is designed to report the lowest shipping cost, which is of course "Will Call/ Pickup" because it is free. I'd like to see that also. Currently many sales reps keep our public website open in a separate tab of their browser.

We have removed the pick-up option from our website (uncheck display in website for this shipping item) for this exact reason. Note that Netsuite's shipping estimate function also picks the cheapest.
