So is the answer this is not possible? or is there a way to add alternative payment methods? e.g. Google Pay?
-
I'd like the answer to your question also. I thought that I had heard that Worldpay supports multi-currencies. However, I'm not sure. Perhaps a Netsuite employee can clarify for us?
-
Well, I've found the source of the problem, go to: Setup: Setup Printing, Fax & E-mail: "Prepend a '1' to Number When Sending a Fax" Uncheck the box. Hey presto, it stops prepending a "1" to every dial sequence. This should fix international faxing. However, I tested it to one number and it didn't work. I'll test further.…
-
I note that efax's documentation states that US numbers should be prepended by "1", but international numbers should not have any dialing prefixes (e.g. leave out 011). However, when I submit the number with just the country code, the error e-mail that comes back shows a 1 being prepended (as we discussed before). This…

It seems Netsuite really can't fax internationally... I've spent two hours on the phone with efax. Their reps have never heard of Netsuite....and can't/won't help. They think Netsuite is the problem... I can't believe that this is not a big support issue. Does no one else fax internationally??
-
I've noticed the same problem for international faxes. In fact I'm not sure if any have been sucessfully sent overseas. Is there a particular syntax required for efax to process international numbers correctly? Sincerely, Jesse.

We have an S2 Case open - Case: 975933 - Bin Quantities are miscalculating. We don't use locations, so this is not a multi-location issue. It seems that Netsuite is currently unable to accurately decrement bins in keeping with actual inventory such that we end up with items on hand, but bins showing a negative amount.…
-
It looks like the miscalculating bin quantities has been fixed. Yay!

Have any of you seen the Ven. R.A. process appear to work and create a fulfillment with tracking number for the integrate d shipping labels, but give you no ability to actually print the labels? Regards, Jesse. 214 550 1215

Thanks for the fast response Kent. It's a remarkably broken module. It really should be deactivated until it's fixed.
-
My experience is that you can pay commissions (we do it). However, Netsuite seems to treat the kit record as having a $0 cost (rather than the sum of the contents) and therefore calculates 100% profit. So commissions are way too high on these items. Also a P&L analysis of the items in the kits are thrown off because they…

Tom, Which company is offering the "deeper" analytics service? Thanks, Jesse.

see Enhancement 124424. This was a big issue when descriptive URLs were released 2 years ago. Since then it was basically fixed in that the extra URL arguments are stripped for search engine crawlers. So from an SEO perspective they don't exist any more. However, you can see them in your browser. Remember the clean URL has…

Go to Setup, Company, Setup Domains. Specify your domain www.yourdomain.com and point to Web Store & Live Hosting Files. Go to your registrar/DNS provider (e.g. Directnic or Internic) and make a CNAME alias of www.yourdomain.com to shopping.netsuite.com Hope this helps, Jesse.

We've been using an outsourced bookkeeper for AR & AP. They have been using Netsuite with us for 5 years. www.clickaccounts.com e-mail ione@clickaccounts.com I'd recommend getting a decent scanner such as the Fujitsu fi-4120C2 if you go this route. Sincerely, Jesse Menczer.
-
We sell the inventory to the shipping/insurance company in our records to move the inventory out and reflect the payment.
-
We use www.ClickAccounts.com which is an outsourced bookkeeping firm. Ask for Ione Binford and tell her I reffered you!

Wow - I've been using Nesuite for 2 years and no-one could ever show me how to do this (nor could I figure it out). Doh! We really need a Refund button on a Vendor Bill Credit (just like the one on a Customer Credit). Thank you for an excellent post.
-
We sometimes get credits for returns and sometimes we get refunded to our CC. We've been using the VRA process and then journal entries to convert the credit memos into CC refunds where necessary. I see that we can enter the CC refund directly, but how would we integrate this with the VRA process? Any suggestions? Jesse.

I filed an enhancement request in September 2006 for this issue: Enhancement #: 112459 The goal: Use a URL parameter to allow new customers to see an alternate/custom pricing level on website before registering. Allow that customer to then checkout and be associated with that pricing level. So far no-one else has voted for…

I believe we created enhancement request 124424 several years ago to get these URLs cleaned up.

What's your site URL? I'd like to see how you're using this?

Contact Aaron Shear at Boost Marketing. He does SEO for the likes of shopping.com and Zappos. ashear@boostmarketing.com 415 439 3146 Tell him I referred you. Sincerely, Jesse.

I'm pretty sure I opened an enhancement request about 3 years ago to be able to have two add-to-cart buttons on an item page . Not sure of the enhancement #. Jesse.

Blocking right clicks doesn't protect much. All you have to do is "View source" then copy and paste the image URL. We watermark all of our images. See example The watermarking makes it blatant if someone steals it. It reinforces our logo and our copyright. It's the best solution we've found. Regards, Jesse.
-
I haven't tried this. But it is of great concern to us. Digg is part of our plans... Sincerely, Jesse.

FedEx Envelopes are ONLY valid for Express services. Therefore it is correct behaviour that you can not select Envelope and Ground. Ground has a minimum 1lb box rate anyway, so it is not costing you any more money. Regards, Jesse.
-
We use the estimate shipping option on the public website. It will only quote you the cheapest method, so we can only use it for ground.

Are there some undocumented issues on this topic? If so, we'd like some help too. We are very keen to implement this kind of pay per click cost tracking. Sincerely, Jesse.
