@Ian - I verified the groups were granted assignment to the 2 data security roles and the visualizations do not have an expression filter.

@Manuelito - based on reviewing a couple of users access it appears our organizations security model may be Employee hierarchy but I am unsure of the configuration setup

@Manuelito - I reviewed your steps - I went through the steps again to grant security assignment, assigned groups to the application roles. The affected users are both Viewers and Authors. I was able to get with VP of Operations (Author access) and went through majority of the workbooks. It appears he is only able to see…

Hi Ian, Account Analysis Duty was assigned and Security assigment for class, dept, subsidiary, location was granted. The screen shot was a copy but also occurs with the prebuilt workbook.

Hi Clarisa, No this cannot be reproduced in the admin role. I am able to view all the data.

Hi Ian, The report opens but there is no data with the exception of the name of the workbook. I get a pop up that says Error Loading Data with a list of items.

@JohnW-Oracle I did open a ticket and just received an email they will coordinate a zoom call within the next day or two with an engineer. Thank you for the information

@JohnW-Oracle It is an automatic nightly run to retrieve data from an external source to NSAW through ADW connection.

Hi John, We have resolved our issue. We had to download the certificate from the Wallet and upload it to the connection that was having the issues. Thank you for your response.
