Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Thank you for your answer! We solved this issue. We have this custom field twice in the records, one in the main line and another in the transaction line. Even if I use {line.custseg1}, the system will get it from the main line, that's why it is not getting the correct result. Thank you!
