Netsuite support responded yesterday the issue was caused by upgrade of Jet to version 12, they are server side API's used by NetSuite. Their engineering team downgraded it back to the previous version. Now they are sourcing the filtered data on these item option fields as the should. I don't understand why a upgrade of…
